- Bikes from the smallest to adult sizes are here for you to enjoy a ride on the Murray to Mountain Rail Trail. Ride into the shops for your breakfast croissant or take a longer ride to the river at Porepunkah, Boynton’s Winery or to Myrtleford and back with stops at the berry farm or wineries on the way. If you think a one way trip is more your style there is a bike and passenger transport business that will bring you safely back home from most parts of our area.
- If you are bringing your own bikes there are lockable bike storage facilities.
- Golf clubs are here for you for a hit and a giggle on Bright's picturesque course. The serious golfers will probably want to bring their own clubs or you can hire clubs and buggies at the course. Play golf along the Ovens River with views of the nearby mountains in all directions.
- Tennis racquets and balls we can supply will give you hours of enjoyment on Bright’s four mod grass town courts. Social tennis on club days is also open to visitors.
- Fly fishing tuition for those who have always wanted to catch an elusive trout on a fly can be provided. An ideal way to learn the basics of this sport in spring and summer. Then if you don’t catch anything you can always get your catch at the trout farm in Harrietville. Either way we are happy to smoke you fish so you can enjoy the taste of a local catch.
- Toboggans are available during the snow season. Take a couple up to Mt Buffalo, Falls Creek or Mt Hotham and enjoy a family day in the snow with little extra costs other than snow chains and resort entry. A day in the snow for a family for under $60.
