Highland Valley Holiday Units and 3 Bedroom Homestead

Modern colonial style one/two bedroom units with private verandahs in shady gardens, accommodating from one to four guests. From June 2010 we also have a three bedroom house (3.5 star - The Homestead) with wood fire that accommodates up to six guests.

We have four one/two bedroom units and a three bedroom house (The Homestead) set in one acre of gardens, ideal for couples and small families.  Units are located ten minutes stroll from Bright’s restaurants and shops, adjacent to the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail and very close to the Heritage Canyon Walk along the Ovens River.

• Shower:- walk-in (2 - ideal for older guests); with hip bath (2 - ideal for little children) and separate toilet
• Washing machine and dryer in bathroom
• Smoking on verandah only
• Pets not allowed.  There are kennels/cattery nearby

Highland Valley 3 Bedroom Homestead with Wood Fire

• Accommodation for up to six guests with plenty of space
• Three bedrooms all with built in wardrobes
• Two Queen beds and two single beds
• Two bathrooms - ensuite to main bedroom plus bathroom with shower over hip bath
• Fully equipped kitchen with under bench oven and ceramic cook top
• Large fridge/freezer and microwave
• Dining room with large table for eight
• Comfortable lounge room with space and seating for six
• Wood fire in lounge room
• Air conditioning and heating (quiet split system) and electric blankets
• Verandah and shady garden with outdoor setting
• Flatron digital TV and DVD/CD player
• Separate laundry with washing machine and drier
• Smoking outside only
• Pets not allowed

All linen, towels, bathmat and tea towel are supplied so there is no need to bring your own and beds are made up with crisp white sheets for you to jump straight into.

Cots and high chairs are supplied for the littlies.  This will save you space in your car when it comes to packing all those holiday items.  Two of our holiday units have hip baths under the showers and these are ideal to bathe infants.

Initial supplies of soap, washing up detergent, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided so you don’t have to run straight down to the supermarket.

Bright has two supermarkets (Woolworths and IGA) and two butchers for all your food and supplies, and many restaurants and takeaways so you really don’t need to cook at all.
