Where is Highland Valley

Highland Valley Holiday Units (14 Gavan Street) are located on the Great Alpine Road (B500-Gavan Street) in Bright.  Units are 500m passed the first 60 kph sign on the right (south) as you enter Bright from the Wangaratta end of town.

If coming from Mt Hotham, Harrietville direction we are one kilometre passed the shops in Bright on the left (south) side of the road.  Units are 1km from the Bright shops.

Our Alpine Valley Cottages - luxury spa and wood fire cottages - are across the rail trail from Highland Valley Holiday Units but have their own private access on Alexandra Court (off Walkers Lane.)

The V-line bus connecting to the train at Wangaratta and then Melbourne stops in the centre of Bright at the Alpine Hotel.  We are happy to pick you up or drop you off at the bus stop if you let us know beforehand.

Our office is now located at Alpine Valley Cottages, 2 Alexandra Ct but your unit at Highland Valley Holiday Units will be open and ready for you after 2pm, so just drive in and make yourself at home.

From our units you can take a ten minute stroll into the restaurants and shops of Bright, along the road, the bike and walk trail or along the river.
